With everyone still coughing and sniffling during the winter, this health hack may be the cure.

The hashtag #ImmunityCubes has garnered 4.6 billion views on TikTok, as experts warn of a continuing triple epidemic — rising cases of RSV, influenza and COVID-19.

Immune Cubes are made with nutritious ingredients that are blended together and frozen so they are readily available to add to hot water, tea or smoothies for an extra boost of vitamins.

“Certain foods are rich in nutrients and can help support your immune system,” Dr. Natasha Bhuiyan, of One Medical, told The Post.

Although recipes vary slightly, immunity cubes typically contain orange, lemon, ginger, carrots, turmeric, raw honey, black pepper, coconut milk, coconut water, and plain water.

Limes are full of antioxidants, fiber, and an excellent source of vitamin C, which can help boost overall immunity.

Carrots are rich in vitamin A and beta-carotene along with other nutrients that have been found to provide a long list of benefits, including helping balance blood sugar and promoting brain health.

When paired together, turmeric and black pepper provide an extra boost as black pepper allows your body to better absorb the bright orange medicinal plant for the full anti-inflammatory effects.

Ginger helps relieve stress and indigestion, thanks to gingerol, a natural compound found in fresh ginger.

Squeezing a little sweet and sticky honey into a blender not only adds to the taste but also adds an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-bacterial agent.

Widely known as a great source of Vitamin C, oranges help strengthen our immune system to fight any disease.
