Every practice day of the season, the Kansas City Chiefs release an official injury report before the next game. On Sunday evening, Kansas City plays the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII at 5:30 PM Arrowhead time.



Here’s the first official Chiefs injury report for the week:

  • The Chiefs had just one starter Does not practice: Left guard Joe Thuney (pectoral), which is expected.
  • Coach Andy Reid to Super Bowl reporter Peter King: “I would probably bet on Allegretti playing. For Joe (Thoney), that’s strong. At the moment, it’s not strong enough.”
