Arc Search has become my favorite browser on iPhone

Browser recently released an AI-powered browser for iOS called Arc Search, and it’s the fastest browser I’ve ever switched to on my personal phone. I’m not the biggest fan of AI and I’m critical of it Forcing AI into everything that comes out now. But this browser was very good and may replace Safari as the default browser on my device iPhone The long-term.

What is arc research?

Simply put, Arc Search uses artificial intelligence to browse the web for you. It will perform a (very) quick web scan of your search query and provide you with a personalized website-style result. This way, you don’t have to open five different tabs to check multiple sources.

For example, when I looked upHow to watch Super Bowl this morning, she checked out six different sites to give me all the details about the game. It will tell you which sites are pulling from and display the results in easy-to-understand bullet points. Within a few seconds, I knew everything about the game’s live streaming platforms, day, time, and halftime performance.

This is the “Browse for me” feature, and there’s a big, easy-to-use button you can click. If you want to do a simple, non-AI search, just press Enter as you would in Safari or Chrome, and the results will display in regular browser style.

What makes Arc Search different?

First, it saves the time and energy you invest in browsing multiple tabs by integrating information from all over the web. Second, it makes your search more legitimate by giving you a good mix of at least six tabs.

Big, popular sites aren’t always helpful. Sometimes, you need a Reddit thread or a YouTube comments section to answer exactly what you want. Arc Search will also check this before answering your query.

I can’t verify this precisely, however According to Josh Millerfounder and CEO of The Browser Company, says their new app is twice as fast as Chrome and Safari.

What does Arc Search’s interface look like?

This is one of my favorite things about the app. You don’t have to click anything when you launch it. The keyboard automatically pops up, and the search bar appears. You’re ready to start writing as soon as you open the app. You can say that features like these make it faster than a regular browser.

Within the bullet points that answer your query, you get individual subheadings to organize all the information to make it look like a web page. And under all the subheadings, there’s an option to dig deeper, which lists all the links used to customize your score, in case you want to check it quickly.

I like that Arc Search automatically archives inactive tabs after a day. This is customizable as well, and you can choose from 12 hours, three days, seven days, and 30 days. You can also block ads, cookie banners, and trackers. You can choose Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, and Ecosia as search engines.

I’m not claiming that Arc Search is the solution Best browser Ever, but it’s worth checking out. There are still questions about getting and prioritizing results from websites (like ours), but I like the easy-to-parse interface, which is more than I can say about Safari.
